Safariland is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate production lines, ensuring products meet quality and schedule targets. You will lead a team of Work Order Specialists, Machine Operators, and Production Assemblers, and manage short-term planning and labor cost tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma minimum. Two years related experience. Strong people management skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of production lines.
• Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences.
• Responsible for short-term production scheduling.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet specs.
• Utilize Syteline system to record and track labor costs.
• Review production and operating reports to prevent delays.
• Inspect lines and equipment for operational performance.
• Resolve worker grievances or escalate to HR as needed.
