Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).

Responsibilities

Education
