Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a supervisor trainer for production operations. The role directs and trains supervisors across production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, and safety problem solving.

You will be accountable for safety, quality, workers' compensation, turnover, and team morale, with additional duties as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing production documentation, yield management, attendance tracking, disciplinary procedures,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role; Tyson experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations and HACCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train supervisors on production processes and documentation.
• Monitor safety, quality and attendance; enforce disciplinary procedures.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive turnover reduction.
• Manage shift production schedules and CCP verification.
• Coordinate travel and relocation as needed.
