Job summary

Tyson Foods in Kansas is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead and train production teams on the floor. You will oversee documentation, yields, attendance, discipline, safety, and morale, and ensure adherence to HACCP principles and CCP monitoring requirements.

You will direct and develop production supervisors, manage schedules, product rotation, and safety committee activities, and support continuous improvement while traveling as needed and maintaining strong communication with all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Two years of Tyson Foods experience or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train production supervisors in documentation, yields, attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, and safety problem solving.
• Oversee and train in production documentation, yield management, time and attendance tracking, and safety protocols.
• Ensure safety, quality, workers' compensation, turnover rates and team morale are maintained.
• Review team member performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as needed; relocation eligible as required.
