We are seeking a Manager of Production Operations to join our established and dynamic team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of printing in a production operations environment. You will manage Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, and client and associate satisfaction. The Manager of Production of Operations plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a teamwork culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will perform the majority of your work.

The work hours are Mid Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with some flexibility required during training and peak times.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annual base, with a shift differential. Eligible for annual bonus.
