Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and staff training.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Access for data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage industrial relations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production schedules while ensuring strict adherence to operational and quality benchmarks.
  • Utilize SAP and capacity planning models to strategically align staffing and resource allocation.
  • Champion lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and professional growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics across safety, quality, delivery, and cost to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Lead Tiered Gemba processes and conduct regular 6S and safety audits to maintain an injury-free, compliant environment.
  • Communicate operational status and project progress through regular reporting and presentations to leadership.
