Job summary

Ingevity Wickliffe, KY is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable, and environmentally sound operations of the Wickliffe Carbon Plant. You will lead operators, coordinate with engineers, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, 5–10 years of production experience, and strong safety leadership. Relocation assistance is available; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline required.
• 5–10 years of production/industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in training and/or leading others.
• Active safety leadership to build a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead operators and hourly employees to achieve key performance metrics.
• Provide safety leadership and perform routine safety inspections.
• Coordinate with Area Production Manager and Area Production Engineer as needed.
• Assist with plant outage planning and execution.
• Manage training programs for operator certification and recertification.
• Collaborate with site leaders to implement process improvements.
