Job summary

Fanatics in Winona, MN, is seeking a Supervisor of Production for the second shift to lead Production Specialists and Machine Operators, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output while leveraging data and AI-enabled insights to optimize performance.

The role collaborates with Planning, HR, EHS, and site leadership to drive continuous improvement, track KPIs, and uphold standards across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general production and/or machine operation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and act on written instructions, delegate effectively, and motivate a diverse manufacturing team.
• Proficiency in data entry and software applications including Microsoft Suite and Infor Powerlink/FMS, with the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
• Mechanical aptitude sufficient to make equipment adjustments using hand tools, perform basic equipment setup, and oversee routine preventative maintenance.
• Ability to accurately track production output, perform calculations, inspect materials and finished products for defects, and apply PMS Color matching knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production staff to meet safety, quality, and on-time output targets.
• Track production output and quality, maintain accurate WIP status, and report KPI results.
• Lead cycle counts and year-end inventory activities to support inventory accuracy.
• Apply data-driven insights and digital tools to optimize performance and reporting.
