Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience leading hourly production employees in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret production data and drive KPI-based improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Plan daily production activities based on demand, schedules, labor, and materials.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, scrap, productivity, downtime, throughput, on-time delivery).
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, SOPs, quality, and safety policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support Lean initiatives (5S, standard work, waste reduction, visual management).
