Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of supervisors and staff to meet orders with cost efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Analyze operations and key metrics to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Ensure SOPs are developed and maintained for all activities.
• Report deficiencies to plant leadership and resolve operations issues.
• Develop and implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead meetings with management to communicate policies, plans and problems.
