Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or 4+ years in manufacturing/distribution.
• Formal training in Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects across site operations.
• Coach leaders and frontline staff on Six Sigma and Lean tools.
• Develop corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and ensure sustainability.
• Standardize processes and implement new technologies to boost efficiency.
