Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail, flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure that production goals are met.
• Work in constant collaboration with maintenance to maintain equipment.
• Uphold safety by ensuring that safety committee meetings are held monthly on relevant topics.
• Track and communicate information to employees regarding production targets and achievements.
• Responsible for ensuring that production reports are completed correctly everyday for the employees under supervision.
• Responsible for product quality: formulas and processes documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties: generate reports, assist with new hire paperwork.
