Job summary

Magna International in Liberty, MO, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process across three shifts. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safe operations while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and Management.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 or higher and a degree in related field or equivalent, strong problem solving, good communication, and the ability to read reports.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Degree in business administration, management, engineering, industrial technology or related field.
• Ability to problem solve and interpret reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
