• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Directs routine equipment maintenance and setup.
• Coordinates activities with other supervisory personnel in the plant.
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions and takes proper action.
• Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Ensures production schedules are met and estimates work hour requirements.
