Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and evaluates the Production department.
• Trains individuals and plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Ensures safety, quality, and adherence to company policies.
• Determines manufacturing priorities based on production schedules.
• Interprets specifications and assesses acceptability of in-process production.
• Maintains equipment setup and routine maintenance.
• Coordinates with other supervisory personnel to align plant activities.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications.
• Monitors production schedules and staffing to meet deadlines.
• Recommends improvements to methods, equipment, and product quality.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems with judgment.
