Job summary

Praxis Packaging Solutions in Randolph Township, NJ seeks an Administrative Support to the Production Manager and Supervisors. You will handle hourly production reporting, investigate reporting issues, and ensure cGMPs and SOPs are followed on the production floor and in the warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a similar role, basic mechanical/mathematical aptitude, and the ability to work independently with strong prioritization skills. Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Certified Line Supervisor, preferred.
• Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision required.
• Ability to organize priorities and workload required.

Responsibilities

• Provide production line information to the Production Manager.
• Account for direct labor hourly and post daily statistics.
• Complete batch record review of all production work orders.
• Review DLS sheets, assemble efficiency reports and post.
• Print IRRs and Pallet Tags per Work Instructions.
• Be main contact for on-line computer issues and production activities.
• Investigate deviations and assist with change controls.
• Provide material requests to Warehouse Support.
• Ensure log books and forms are filled out; keep area stocked.
• Troubleshoot problems and apply problem-solving techniques.
• Adhere to company policies and support quality system improvements.
