Job summary

United Talent LLC is seeking a dependable Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role tracks attendance, records production and inventory data, prints labels and documents, monitors basic product quality, and assists supervisors with shift administration.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or assembly experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. You will work with production staff and supervisors to ensure smooth shifts and accurate records,

Qualifications

• Six months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to learn Macola and Access systems.

Responsibilities

• Report to work reliably and on time for each shift.
• Attend safety meetings and communicate shift information.
• Verify daily work schedule and employee attendance.
• Notify supervisor of staffing changes or discrepancies.
• Ensure dress code, PPE, and jewelry compliance.
• Provide supervisors with absences and no-shows list.
• Record break times and monitor return to work.
• Enter production and inventory data into systems.
• Print production reports and relevant labels.
• Monitor product and packaging quality on the floor.
• Assist in production or quality-related tasks as needed.
