Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules, along with experience leading implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that improve order-to-cash processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, design, plan, configure, and deliver Oracle EBS solutions within Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping functional areas.
• Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Partner with business and customer service organizations to support order management transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement functional solutions and support data conversion activities.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.
• Mentor team members and provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and process workflows.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.
