Maini Consulting Group seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (R12) to lead end-to-end O2C implementations, focusing on Order Management and Advanced Pricing. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to map requirements to Oracle EBS functionality.
• Configure OM and Pricing setups, modifiers, qualifiers, and pricing formulas.
• Drive O2C from order capture to invoicing with end-to-end oversight.
• Create FDDs, test scenarios, and guide UAT.
• Troubleshoot pricing and workflow bottlenecks; collaborate with tech teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (Release 12) Supply Chain Management, specifically specializing in Order Management (OM) and Advanced Pricing / QP. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, driving end-to-end implementations, configuration, and optimization of our clients' Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Mapping: Lead client workshops to analyze business requirements and map them to standard Oracle EBS functionality across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.
• Configuration & Setup: Configure Oracle EBS OM and Pricing setups, including modifiers, qualifiers, pricing formulas, order types, workflow assignments, and processing constraints.
• End-to-End Process Support: Drive the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle from order capture, pricing, and scheduling through to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Testing & Validation: Create functional design documents (FDDs), test scenarios, and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts; guide business users through functional testing.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex functional issues, pricing calculation discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with technical teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure custom developments and integrations align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6-10+ years of hands-on functional implementation, configuration, and support experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Order Management and Inventory.
• Core Module Expertise: Mastery of Oracle Order Management, and Inventory.
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycles, pricing structures, discounts, and promotional controls.
• Documentation & Communication: Proven ability to create clear functional design specifications and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose order processing errors and configure optimal setups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM transformations or full-lifecycle EBS upgrade implementations.
• Familiarity with ATO/BTO (Assemble/Buy-to-Order) configurations and release management processes.
