Job summary

Pacer Group in Chambersburg, PA seeks an experienced Oracle Order Management Functional Lead to drive Order-to-Cash initiatives in an Oracle EBS R12 environment. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing solutions.

This role will lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts while driving process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support

Qualifications

• Oracle Order Management experience required.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing.
• Knowledge of Oracle Shipping Modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across OM, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules.
• Drive Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customer service teams to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partner with technical teams to develop functional specifications, support data conversion activities, and deliver integrated business solutions.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), SIT, and UAT activities while communicating results to leadership.
• Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop solution documentation, business process workflows, and functional design artifacts.
• Resolve production issues, manage enhancements, and optimize OM and Advanced Pricing processes.
• Provide functional leadership and mentoring to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with fulfillment, customer service, and supply chain teams to improve operations.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing solutions. The position will lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts while driving process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support business transformation objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the evaluation, design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules.

Drive Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and customer service teams to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Partner with technical teams to develop functional specifications, support data conversion activities, and deliver integrated business solutions.

Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities while communicating results and recommendations to leadership.

Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Develop solution documentation, business process workflows, and functional design artifacts to support implementation and support activities.

Resolve production issues, manage enhancements, and ensure ongoing optimization of Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.

Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Support cross-functional collaboration with fulfillment, customer service, and supply chain teams to improve operational effectiveness.
