Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. in Mobile, AL is hiring a Production Mechanic I to support safe and efficient manufacturing. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and train teammates on technical processes.

Responsibilities include keeping production lines running, handling basic electrical tasks, and supporting changeovers while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule.
• Effective technical and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work with all team members.

Responsibilities

• Supports production team as mechanical expert.
• Ensures production and support equipment function properly.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions.
• Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Performs basic electrical duties (replacing motors, switches, etc.).
• Performs and/or supports package changeovers on lines.
• Trains team members on mechanical processes.
• Focuses on continuous improvement.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment per GMP/ISO standards.
