Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related work experience or 2 years of college/technical training.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) required.
• Preference for experience with high-speed production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify sources of problems.
• Complete work orders, maintain records, and manage parts inventory.
• Ensure line downtime is minimized and equipment runs at peak efficiency.
• Assist with design improvements and process changes.
