Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors, and machines.
• Locates sources of problems by observing devices in operation and using testing instruments.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and developing job aids and SOPs.
• Monitors equipment by completing PMs and work orders and managing parts usage.
• Controls downtime by communicating with production workers and keeping the line running.
• Program changes to electronic/electrical equipment to improve production.
