Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in scheduling, planning, or manufacturing leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6 Sigma experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all members of organization.
• Pass pre-employment screening (e.g., drug test, background check).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer releases in Plex to produce weekly production schedules for all departments.
• Develop monthly Operating Plans to determine tooling, labor and material needs and revenue expectations.
• Coordinate with Materials Planner for ordering and planning incoming raw materials and outside processing.
• Support Facility Safety, Continuous Improvement and Environmental initiatives.
• Improve usage of Plex through implementation of new modules (e.g., MRP, PRP).
• Monitor customer portals as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable Materials Team.
