Job summary

Rennscot MFG in Massachusetts seeks a Production Manager to own the full production lifecycle—from master scheduling to day-to-day execution of released work orders. You will translate cross-functional priorities into capacity-aligned schedules and lead a team with independence and pride.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in manufacturing execution and capacity scheduling.
• Experience leading production teams in high-mix, technically complex environments.
• Experience operating within a formal quality management system.
• Proficient in using ERP/MES data to drive action and improvements.
• Strong leadership ability to coach operators and develop future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own master scheduling and capacity across all production resources.
• Lead production execution with daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing production team and culture.
• Track metrics (OTD, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap) and drive improvements.
• Ensure quality and compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 on the shop floor.
