Job summary

Stratasys Direct Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a Production Scheduling Manager to lead the master production schedule and optimize scheduling across multiple facilities. You will collaborate with Fulfillment, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external software partners to improve lead times and scheduling reliability.

Responsibilities include developing finite-capacity schedules, monitoring adherence, and driving continuous improvement across scheduling platforms and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience developing and managing Master Production Schedules (MPS).
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
• Proven track record improving on-time delivery and throughput.
• Experience collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
• Strong analytical skills using production data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) balancing demand, capacity, and delivery commitments.
• Develop finite-capacity schedules to optimize throughput and resource use.
• Monitor schedule adherence and drive resolution of disruptions.
• Establish priorities and scheduling strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze production flow to identify bottlenecks and reduce lead-time variability.
• Lead improvement initiatives to shorten lead times and improve responsiveness.
• Act as SME for enterprise scheduling systems and drive adoption across sites.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and software partners on integrations.
