Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling or production scheduling experience.
• Strong experience managing master production schedules.
• Hands-on understanding of machining or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with capacity planning, production priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master production schedule across the manufacturing operation.
• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements, capacity, materials, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production, machining, purchasing and other teams to keep jobs on schedule.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities or capacity change.
• Identify delays and conflicts and proactively develop solutions.
• Track job status and communicate updates to management and production teams.
• Prioritize work based on deadlines, capacity, and operational needs.
• Maintain scheduling records and seek efficiency improvements.
• Gradually take full ownership of day-to-day scheduling.
