Crystal D is seeking a hands-on Production Masking Associate to join the Masking department in a full-time role at our St. Paul, MN facility. You will apply masking film to our awards as part of the front end process and contribute to accurate, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to St. Paul, MN.
• Good hand dexterity and strong eye-for-detail.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach and grasp.

• Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards.

Position: Production Masking Associate

As a Full-Time Production Masking Associate, you’ll work in a hands‑on production environment applying masking film to our awards as part of the front end process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. If you have strong hand‑eye coordination and enjoy seeing your work come together, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do
