Crystal D is seeking a Production Masking Associate in Saint Paul, MN to join the masking team. This full-time role involves applying masking film to awards in a hands-on production environment, emphasizing accuracy and eye-hand coordination.

You will produce and assemble items per work orders, maintain quality controls, and cross-train in related areas while supporting team members. The job emphasizes lean practices, safety, and precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of assembly or production experience preferred.
• Good hand dexterity and eye for detail needed.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards.
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality.
• Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed.

Position: Production Masking Associate

As a Full-Time Production Masking Associate, you’ll work in a hands‑on production environment applying masking film to our awards as part of the front end process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. If you have strong hand‑eye coordination and enjoy seeing your work come together, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do

• Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards
