Job description

Overview

General labor duties including loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and leak, flow, and function testing equipment.
2. Operate ultrasonic wash, electro-polish, and insert installation stations.
3. Monitor supplies and manage material replenishment and reordering systems.
4. Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
5. Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed based on the schedule.
6. Work in clean room, clean line, or assembly areas as workflow requires.
7. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to manufacturing duties.
8. Use PPE properly, including coveralls, boots, hairnets, face shields, gloves, etc.
