Job summary

UFP Site Built in Berlin, NJ, is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple departments. You will develop production schedules, coordinate with other areas, and forecast inventory requirements to meet cost and productivity targets.

The role requires a proactive leader with hands-on experience in supervising production teams and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of goods. A strong foundation in MS Office supports daily reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years as production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Formulates long- and short-range business plans and goals.
• Monitors plant assets and ensures safety standards.
• Staffs operations to meet production levels and cost objectives.
• Monitors efficiency and quality standards and initiates improvements.
• Manages inventory and participates in month-end inventory.
