Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop production schedules for area of responsibility.
• Monitor efficiency, yields and scrap; initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Prepare reports and logs and monitor inventory and expenditures.
