Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Oregon is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations. You will guide production teams from start to finish and ensure top quality service for families and businesses.

This role requires strong leadership, restoration experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects and crews. You will mentor staff, coordinate crews, and maintain IICRC standards while communicating with customers and insurers.

Package

• $5,000 monthly base salary
• Monthly performance bonus
• The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.
