ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations in Oregon. You will guide daily production, manage technicians and crew chiefs, schedule crews, and ensure work meets high quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have restoration industry experience, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of water mitigation processes.

Package

• $5,000 monthly base salary
• Monthly performance bonus
• The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.
