Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical associates degree preferred.
• 6+ years of technical training or operations experience.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift work (nights, weekends and possibly holidays).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants (Process Safety Management, EPA, FDA).
• Lockout/Tagout knowledge and good safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Forklift and man lift knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with piping system components and related tools.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant rounds, routine water sampling, and oversee truck loading operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and coordinate PMs.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; maintain documentation and records.
• Maintain high housekeeping and organizational standards.
• Participate in planned outages and cross-functional training.
• Ensure safety compliance for contractors, visitors, and co-workers.
• Operate and troubleshoot plant analyzers and control boards.
