Qualifications

• Proven leadership in an industrial environment with multi-department oversight.
• Ability to plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication across organization levels.
• Experience budgeting and financial analysis is a plus.

• Drive safety culture and compliance across the plant.
