Job summary

Axios is seeking a Production Manager to join the Axios Creative House team in a remote-optional role in the United States. You will drive day-to-day execution of custom video and visual content, partnering with Client Success and guiding programs from kickoff through launch with clear timelines and ownership.

You will coordinate stakeholders, approvals and production requirements, develop deep Airtable workflows, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, project management, creative operations, branded content, digital media or a related field.
• Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively across creative and client-facing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively solve problems and know when to elevate.
• Familiarity with video production, design workflows and custom digital content experiences is a plus.
• Experience with Airtable or similar workflow and project-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and handoffs across internal teams and external partners.
• Keep projects moving by identifying dependencies, following up on outstanding needs and escalating risks.
• Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable direction for production partners.
• Track milestones, approvals and dependencies throughout production and coordinate QA checks.
