Job summary

Axios Creative House is seeking a Production Manager to drive day-to-day execution of custom video and visual content. You will partner with Client Success, coordinate timelines and approvals, and ensure programs move from kickoff to launch with clear ownership and timelines.

The role requires coordinating internal and external teams, translating client feedback into actionable direction, and maintaining project visibility for advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of Axios Creative House's custom video and visual content, serving as the primary production partner to Client Success.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and handoffs across internal creative teams, external partners and client-facing teams.
• Keep projects moving by proactively identifying dependencies, following up on outstanding needs and escalating risks when necessary.
• Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.
• Provide clear guidance on production requirements, timelines, deliverables and next steps.
• Maintain consistent visibility into project status so client-facing teams can communicate confidently with advertisers.
• Help translate client needs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for production partners.
• Cross-functional coordination: Connect the people and inputs required to successfully execute custom programs.
• Partner closely with video, design and written leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external production resources and ensure teams have the information, assets and approvals needed to deliver.
• Launch readiness + quality control: Help ensure programs are ready for launch with QA.
