Responsibilities include cost control, daily progress reporting, interdepartmental collaboration, hiring support, and enforcing company policies to sustain high performance across the production chain.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisor/management experience.
• MS Office (Word/Excel) knowledge; JDA & DVI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of production to maintain quality and performance.
• trains employees on processes, SOPs, equipment and safety.
• Maintains department budgets including labor, supplies and equipment costs.
• Controls costs and production metrics; submits daily progress reports.
• Collaborates with other managers to resolve interdepartmental issues; enforces policies.
• Interviews and selects candidates for production roles with supervisors' help.
