Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking an Industrial Engineer to develop and support production processes for all assembly operations, including SMT/PCBA lines. The role focuses on design for manufacturing, yield improvements, and tooling design in a high-output environment.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering to implement design feedback, uncover root causes, and develop robust test machinery and spares to maintain uptime.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and configure processes and equipment for SMT assembly.
• Perform DOE to improve SMT process yield.
• Specify equipment requirements for new PCBA build processes.
• Develop DFM guidelines for PCBA designs.
• Provide solutions to streamline circuit board assembly and testing.
