Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of packaging manufacturing experience (highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality systems, and workplace safety.
  • Experience improving workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, manage costs, and solve production issues.
  • Experience with MS Office; knowledge of WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience in packaging, corrugated, foam, kitting, or fulfillment operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production, warehouse, kitting, fulfillment, corrugated, and foam operations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet production and delivery goals.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production staff and supervisors.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and key performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize equipment and space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage labor and operating costs and support budgeting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to support customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
