Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of packaging manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality systems.
Experience improving workflows, productivity, and efficiency.
Strong leadership and communication skills; team development focus.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production, warehouse, kitting, fulfillment, corrugated, and foam operations.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet production and delivery goals.
Supervise, coach, and develop production staff and supervisors.
Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize space.
Ensure safety policies and promote a strong safety culture.
Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and QA processes.
Manage labor and operating costs and support budgeting.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
