Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Ability to use operational data to identify problems, improve workflows, and control costs.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Experience with packaging, corrugated, foam, kitting, or fulfillment operations.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to motivate a team to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, including kitting, fulfillment, corrugated, and foam activities.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Monitor production output, quality, inventory accuracy, and other key performance measures.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve processes, equipment use, and warehouse space.
• Maintain strong quality control, cycle count, and inventory practices.
• Promote a safe workplace through training, equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Manage labor and operating costs and contribute to budgeting and resource planning.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Support, Purchasing, and other teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Support company initiatives and communicate operational priorities and results to leadership.
