Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing for the Production Department to meet customer demand, including both hourly and salary production roles.
• Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence.
• Serve as liaison between production personnel and staff on communication, decisions, and policies.
• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments.
• Ensure continuous improvement of methods and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and regulations; lead by example.
• Support food safety auditing and coordinate with procurement on raw material needs.

About the Role
