Job summary

Koroseal seeks a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager for its Louisville, KY facility. You will lead plant-wide CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements with data-driven decisions.

You will coach leaders, work with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and report to the President of Operations. This role is on-site at Louisville and requires a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum three (3) years leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and standardized work across operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping exercises, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, visual management systems, and operational dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and costs.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other teams to implement sustainable improvements.
• Coach and develop leaders on continuous improvement tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
