Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in high-volume environment.
• 3+ years leading supervisors and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a manufacturing department with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Drive KPIs: Safety, Quality, OEE, Throughput, and Labor Efficiency; implement corrective actions.
• Develop action plans to address production challenges and improve performance.
• Ensure schedules are executed and customer service is met; coordinate resources across shifts.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly employees.
