Qualifications

• Ensure compliance to customer requirements, Plexus standards and safety.
• Sponsor LEAN projects, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop contingency plans and manage direct labor staffing.
• Coach and develop team members to realize their potential.
