Job summary

Boss Products LLC in Texas is seeking a Production Manager to lead multiple product lines, ensuring safe operations, quality, and efficiency. You will drive workforce planning, scheduling, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with engineering, supply chain, quality, and international partners.

You will coach and develop production teams, manage staffing and training, and ensure regulatory, ISO, and environmental compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production/Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication or process-driven environments preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Plan production capacity and workload based on orders, inventory targets, forecasts, and workforce availability.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules, workflow, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Lead and support industrialization projects for new products and processes.
• Utilize Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve operational performance.
