Job summary

Base is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our growing manufacturing team in Texas. You will guide Production Associates, establish a culture of safety and quality, and collaborate with engineering and warehouse teams to hit ramp targets.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage daily throughput, and execute the ramp plan while maintaining Base Pace and a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

Experience leading a production team in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Proven ability to drive safety, quality and output targets.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S concepts.
Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

Support Your Team: Create a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Set the Tone: Model the Base Pace—prioritize safety and respect.
Communication: Link floor and management; share the why behind decisions.
Maintain Standards: Ensure every product meets quality specifications.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations (5 Whys) to prevent repeats.
Organization (5S): Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Maximize Throughput: Hit daily and weekly production targets; optimize bottlenecks.
Execute the Ramp: Scale volumes with leadership; integrate new processes.
Continuous Improvement: Reduce cycle times and waste with Lean.
Onboarding & Mentorship: Train and certify ramp-ready Production Associates.
Safety Stewardship: Conduct safety audits with EHS; keep safety foundational.
Operations Management: Manage time cards, scheduling, and resource planning.
