Job summary

AriensCo is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Fayetteville, Tennessee facility. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high‑quality products while driving operational excellence across the plant.

You will establish performance expectations, coach leaders, and build a high-performing culture focused on safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations with focus on safety, quality, and metrics.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability for Manufacturing Leaders and Supervisors.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to Manufacturing Leaders, Supervisors, and Material Leaders.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning and talent development within manufacturing operations.
• Allocate and plan resources to meet key metrics: safety, quality, budget/profitability, productivity, delivery, and 6S.
• Drive continuous improvement and support new product manufacturability.
